Big Daddy’s nutrition consulting is for anyone who wants to take control of their health. We want what’s best for you and the goals you are trying to achieve, which is why we focus on taking a consultative approach. The first thing we have you do is fill out the Nutrition Consultation form. The form will ask you questions like the foods/meals you do and do not like and your daily eating and workout habits. We also try to find out what type of person you are- do you need consistency or do you like to have variety? These questions help us determine how we can fit into your current lifestyle and what changes we can make along the way.
As part of our nutrition consulting, we offer the option to partake in a “Grocery Shopping Season” where we will visit the grocery store in West Chester together and show you how to shop healthy. You could also choose to do an in-home cooking and food prep demonstration that will show you how to make the best meals from your new, healthy groceries.
Placing your “Big Picture” goal and the obstacles that would stand in your way side-by-side allow us to help keep you on track, no matter what. Not only we will keep you on the right path, but we will work together and figure out how to block any obstacles that are holding you back.
Our InBody Composition Analyzer machine will analyze your BMI, water weight, and how weight is distributed throughout your body. The InBody is an important tool to help address any immediate concerns and is an excellent way to track your progress from beginning to end.
